Our experience with Bruno Plumbing & Heating is excellent. When we had a clogged kitchen sink & bathtub, we called and the Repairman was on the premises within two hours, we were just amazed, no waiting for hours or days like we have had to do in the past with other Plumbers...also, the Repairman, together with his Helper, were very knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing and also offered suggestions how to avoid this problem in the future. We had no clean up, it was all done when the job was completed, we cannot say enough of the wonderful service we received.

"For quite some time, we had the sewer line from our house to the street back up like clockwork every year. We ran through a series of plumbers who, in some cases, had to be called back two or three times before the problem was fixed -- at least until next year. Then we ran into Bruno. In addition to making sure the problem was fixed right the first time, they recommended an annual chemical treatment to control tree roots -- even though it turned out costing them a yearly plumbing visit. My sense is that they really want to solve a customer's problem, not just rack up hourly charges. Good job, Bruno!"

My husband had just left for an out-of-town business trip when our tankless water heater broke. It was a Friday night and I was faced with having it repaired or spending the next two weeks without hot water. Needless to say, with two girls and myself in the house, I started making phone calls. Bruno Plumbing and Heating was the only company to call me back that evening (or at all, come to think of it!) and they said they could come on Saturday morning. Being an unusual water heater, I wasn't even sure they'd know what to do. I was wrong! The gentleman who came to my house was right on time and very professional. He assured me he'd fix it.
